For Google Wallet, Yes. You need to have an active Google account to complete the transaction. Google makes the sign up as easy as possible though, even if you don't already have an account with them. It takes a matter of minutes to setup and make a secure payment.

Your custom order will be processed, completed and shipped out within 3 BUSINESS days (6 business days for economy shipping). As soon as your customized items ship out, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email.

Does BlackAceDesign.com offer returns?

Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns on any items except for theses exceptions:
1. There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving.
2. The item has a flaw or major defect from our production process.

Am I allowed to make changes to my order once submitted to BlackAceDesign.com?

Once your gift order is submitted to our system goes in to a status of "Processing Order", any changes or cancellations to an order will incur a Change/Cancel Fee of $25. Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product type, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production.
