Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns on any items except for theses exceptions:
Am I allowed to make changes to my order once submitted to BlackAceDesign.com? Once your gift order is submitted to our system goes in to a status of "Processing Order", any changes or cancellations to an order will incur a Change/Cancel Fee of $25. Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product type, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production.
