You will receive a tracking number for your order via email when it ships.

We do not ship to Canada at this time, sorry.

Returned Packages / Undeliverable Addresses
The customer is 100% responsible for providing a full/deliverable shipping address and being available for delivery. If the package is returned for any reason along those lines, we will need to collect the *FULL shipping charges to resend the package.
We provide an order summary on every order we do, emailed to you with the shipping address. If this is not correct, please contact us immediately to get this corrected. If this item ships before we receive the change notice, we will need to charge the *FULL amount to ship your package again.
If we provide a different address to our suppliers than the one you provided us, we will pay 100% of the charge to have the item re-shipped. If the mistake was on a customer's part, we will need to charge the *FULL shipping charges to resend the package and will not send the package until paid.
*NOTE: We need to charge the FULL amount for shipping because that is what we are charged by USPS, UPS or FedEx to resend your package. Promotions and discounts do NOT apply to re-shipped items. For example, you received FREE shipping because the order was over $150, but the actual shipping charges were $17.85 (paid by us the first time), you will be charged $17.85 to resend your package.
**Stolen packages apply to this policy. Customer is responsible for having item delivered to safe/secure location.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns/refunds on any items. However, we do offer replacements for the following instances:
1. There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving.
2. The item has a flaw or major defect from our production process.
What to do: please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you receive your order to process replacements.
What to include: please include an image showing the issue. In most cases, an image must be submitted to us via email before we can process a replacement.

Payment / Credit Processing
You can use your credit card or bank account to make a quick payment.
We accept all major credit cards.
We do not accept POs at this time, sorry.
You are not required to have a PayPal account and can make a payment without signing up for PayPal.
We have been verified with PayPal since we first started selling online in 2008.
PayPal has the highest security possible for processing credit card and bank transactions. What this means for you? Peace of mind, knowing that your payment transaction is 100% secure.
Once your gift order is submitted to our system goes in to a status of "Processing", any changes or cancellations to an order will incur a fee of $25.
Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product type, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc.
Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production.
PERSONALIZED GIFTS: Do NOT require a proof. Item(s) will be personalized in the font style, font size, and font color as seen in the item picture on our site for your item (font will match the item picture, with your personalization). When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
BUSINESS AWARDS: Most DO require engraving setup. If one is required, we will send a proof by email within a few business days. The proof email will be from email@example.com and will be sent to the email address you provided. We will not ship your order until the provided proof has been approved by you.
