How do I know when my item ships?

You will receive a tracking number for your order via email when it ships.

Does BlackAceDesign.com offer returns / refunds / exchanges?

Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns/refunds on any items. However, we do offer replacements for the following instances:

1. There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving.
2. The item has a flaw or major defect from our production process.

What to do: please email us at orders@blackacedesign.com within 7 days after you receive your order to process replacements.

What to include: please include an image showing the issue. In most cases, an image must be submitted to us via email before we can process a replacement.

Do you ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the lower 48 states?

Can I submit an order over the phone?

Not at this time, sorry.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to purchase items from BlackAceDesign.com?

NOPE. You can use your credit card or bank account to make a quick payment. You are not required to have a PayPal account and can make a payment without signing up for PayPal!

Is BlackAceDesign.com PayPal verified?

Yes. We have been verified with PayPal since we first started selling online!

Am I allowed to make changes to my order once submitted to BlackAceDesign.com?

Once your gift order is submitted to our system goes in to a status of "Processing Order", any changes or cancellations to an order will incur a Change/Cancel Fee of $25. Changes include, but are not limited to, personalization, product type, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production.

Will I be sent a proof for my order?

PERSONALIZED GIFTS: Do NOT require a proof. Item(s) will be personalized in the font style, font size, and font color as seen in the item picture on our site for your item (font will match the item picture, with your personalization). When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

BUSINESS AWARDS: Most DO require engraving setup. If one is required, we will send a proof by email within a few business days. The proof email will be from orders@blackacedesign.com and will be sent to the email address you provided. We will not ship your order until the provided proof has been approved by you.

What happens if I accidentally provided an incorrect/partial address or a package is returned to you as an undeliverable package?

The customer is 100% responsible for providing a full/deliverable shipping address and being available for delivery. If the package is returned for any reason along those lines, we will need to collect the *FULL shipping charges to resend the package.

We provide an order summary on every order we do, emailed to you with the shipping address. If this is not correct, please contact us immediately to get this corrected. If this item ships before we receive the change notice, we will need to charge the *FULL amount to ship your package again.

If we provide a different address to our suppliers than the one you provided us, we will pay 100% of the charge to have the item re-shipped. If the mistake was on a customer's part, we will need to charge the *FULL shipping charges to resend the package and will not send the package until paid.

*PLEASE NOTE: We need to charge the FULL amount for shipping because that is what we are charged by USPS, UPS or FedEx to resend your package. Promotions and discounts do NOT apply to re-shipped items. For example, you received FREE shipping because the order was over $100, but the actual shipping charges were $17.85 (paid by us the first time), you will be charged $17.85 to resend your package.

**Stolen packages apply to this policy. Customer is responsible for having item delivered to safe/secure location.
